Ridge Class trip to the Steam Museum in Swindon
K’NEX Challenge
Ridge Class really enjoyed their K’NEX challenge this week. As engineers, they had to design and create a carnival float with moving parts using gears, wheels and axles. They demonstrated a range of skills including team work, communication, problem solving and creativity. Our lucky winners this year were Troy Wilson and Alfie Rogers for their World Cup inspired creation. Congratulations boys.

Our trip to the Thinktank Science Museum
Ridge Class’ Mission to Mars. We had lots of fun preparing for our mission. We decided what to pack, trained our bodies, launched our practise rockets and designed our own space shakes. There was a very mixed reaction to their unique taste!
