Apsemore Class

Apsemore are just beginning their school life – with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. They are taught by Miss Roberts, class teacher and DT subject leader, and Mrs Brisland, teaching assistant and ELSA. Apsemore also have weekly Forest School with Mrs Walker, and are also supported by Dawn, teaching assistant. The staff follow the children’s interests and facilitate learning experiences.  Apsemore love spending time inside and out, with a lovely free flow area where they can dig, build, play imaginatively and looking after nature.

Parents are kept informed of the children’s learning via the online platform Tapestry which is filled with photographs of our busy learners, as well as lots of useful information for parents, such as the pronunciation of new phonemes and information about our topics and tough tray activities.
